THE SPACES:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. There is a large living room with a kitchenette and dining area equipped with an oven and dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, for a total of 6 beds. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, a terrace from which you can admire the Dolomite peaks that are the symbol of Falcade: Mount Focobon and Mount Mulaz.

Although it is in the town center, you won't have any trouble finding parking for your car, as you have a parking space in the underground garage.



THE LOCATION:

In winter, Falcade offers the most convenient starting point for skiing in the San Pellegrino Ski Area: more than 100 km of perfectly groomed and snowy slopes, breathtaking views and characteristic mountain huts where you can enjoy the best local products at 0 km, or have a hot chocolate while admiring the beauty of the surrounding landscape, a true enchantment!

If you are not a fan of alpine skiing, you can enjoy numerous snowshoe trails, try cross-country skiing, snowtubing with inner tubes at the Passo San Pellegrino, and much more.



Even in summer, there is no shortage of activities! Trekking, walks, mountain bike trails, visiting mountain huts and alpine pastures to savor homemade dairy products and much more, a visit to the ant garden and the artists' forest. There is really no time to waste, you'll never get bored!
