horrified experience with hotels.com and Shyama

It was a horrified experience with hotels.com, it was a prepaid booking. When i reached to the hotel i came to know that there is no booking in my name. Hotel executive was very rude and told us that there is no booking in my system and we have no rooms available. When i asked that refund my money then, he mistreated and said ask the refund where you have paid. Hotels. com has also not supported. My start of spiritual trip was spoiled in a very bad manner
