Fantastic sea view villa with heated pool & roof terrace | 6 guests

Villa Taf - in the "Golden South" of Crete - only 2.5 km to the beach! A fully equipped holiday home close to the village and the beach, incl. private pool, for 4-6 people (max. 8 with sofa bed plus baby cot) with a magnificent view of the Psiloritis and side sea view. In addition to free parking and Wi-Fi, the house offers a small fitness room with table tennis and table football in the basement.

Why TAF?
Far away from mass tourism and yet relatively centrally located, this holiday home offers tranquillity-seekers, sports enthusiasts or sun-seeking beach holidaymakers: approx. 300 sunny days/year - (mostly) pleasant wind - and a clean sea.

**** Construction and equipment of the villa ***

The villa, which is designed for 4-6 people, has two separate floors which can be accessed via separate entrances. On the ground floor (approx. 60 sqm) there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet as well as 1 living/dining room with an integrated very well equipped kitchen. The basement (approx. 60 sqm) is equipped with another bedroom, a bathroom as well as a leisure and fitness area.

The outdoor area has a roof terrace (approx. 50 sqm), a pergola (approx. 12 sqm) and a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue facilities for wonderful summer evenings. Up to two cars can be parked in front of the house and to the side. The accommodation also offers air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful villa at the foot of Psiloritis with private pool!

Beautiful Crete property

This was a great property in a great location . The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay .We stayed for a week and loved the area and the local beaches. There are also some great restaurants located close to the property.

Eine absolut traumhafte Wohnung mit der perfekten Lage

Die Übergabe der Schlüsselkarten hat wie vereinbart funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sauber bis in die letzte Ecke und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Mit dem Auto (einen Mietwagen würde ich Jedem empfehlen) ist der Strand nur 3min entfernt. Der Supermarkt oder die nächsten Tavernen sind fußläufig. Aber auch faule Tage im hauseigenen Pool gehen super schnell vorbei. Die Umgebung ist leise und die Aussicht grandios. Klingt zu schön um war zu sein, aber uns hat es super gefallen und wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Definitiv 5/5 Sterne!
