The first ground floor apartment is a stylish apartment with its own personality. It is a luminous accommodation with a panoramic balcony door. The flat is functional with his direct and practical distribution in which every detail has been taken care of. Completely furnished, decorated and equipped. It can easily accommodate up to 4 persons. Extra folding bed can be provided upon request.
You enter the flat from its own private entrance and will be delighted with the light environment from the living area. The large canape is the ideal place to relax and savor the wonderful view. This couch can be converted to a comfortable king size sofa bed. The folding balcony door fills the whole width of the flat, providing sea views everywhere from the open plan kitchen and living area.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. Dining table with according chairs is available.
At the end of the corridor at the left side you enter the generous bedroom with double bed and huge wardrobe. The panoramic balcony door leads to the back balcony. From the bedroom and the back balcony you can enjoy the wonderful Mountain View.
The modern sizeable bathroom is at the other side of the corridor. It is a great bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. A washing machine is available in the storage room.
Outdoor furniture is provided to fully enjoy the various back and front private outdoor areas.
