* Any damage or excessive messes that need additional cleaning and/or repairs, the cost will be passed on to the guests from the maintenance crew.
* Upon check out, clean any dishes or load them in the dishwasher and start it.

Wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect and is close to hiking, the Biltmore, or anything you may want to do in downtown Asheville. The jacuzzi was wonderful and a great way to relax after a chilly hike. It is supplied well, and everything was clean and pleasant. Only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Our hosts were fantastic with communication, always checking in and making sure we were comfortable. The house was super clean and equipped and we were able to pull of Thanksgiving dinner away from home. We had a lovely family time, enjoying the hot tub and game room and living areas.
