Situated on over an acre of land in peaceful and tranquil Fairplay. Only a 26 mile drive to the Breckenridge gondola but a world away to the hustle and bustle of town. Brand new build with 4 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
It's a quick 8 mile drive to the town of Fairplay where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and a great grocery store.
New hot tub installed outside and ready for ski season!

***PLEASE NOTE FOR WINTER: A 4wd vehicle is needed to access the property in the winter. The house sits at 11,200 feet and the final 15 minutes of the drive is on a county maintained dirt road. The road is plowed however winter conditions do exist and as such a 4wd is needed.

Had a great time at this Cabin with our group. Great setup, lots of space around it and comfortable beds to sleep in. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Spotless clean throughout the property and useful information posted. Host was very communicative and helpful. Book without hesitation!

Amazing property! Pictures don’t do it justice! Very clean, organized and no detail missed! Danny was in constant contact with us and quick to respond. This is a must stay at property! We enjoyed the best family time here and Danny made it extra special with a Christmas tree and stockings since we were there for Christmas! Thank you again for providing such a wonderful property!
