Want to get away in the Rocky Mountains? We have the best kept secret for you. This cabin is only 3 years old and located in the beautiful Valley of the Sun, just north of Fairplay and about 35 minutes south of the Breckenridge ski resort. Full unobstructed views of Sheep Mountain from the deck, surrounded by pine and aspen trees and plenty of wonderful wildlife. Granite in kitchen with hardwood floors and gas stove with breakfast bar. Gas fireplace in living room, log bunk bed, foosball table, and separate living area for the kids to play and watch TV while the adults have a glass of wine by the fireplace. 2 car attached garage with plenty of additional parking in the driveway. Lots of places to hike right from the property and unexpected adventures abound. Wonderful getaway for multiple families where memories will sure to be made. This was the second Christmas that we spent at Snowshoe Cabin. Bill and Carrie are such wonderful hosts and their cabin is amazing. It’s all you ever need for a special trip to the mountains. Between all of the outside activities and the game room for the kids, it’s such a welcoming place for families of all ages. We will definitely be back!

Spring break trip in March

The cabin was all that is described in the listing! They had all the things we needed for a family of 6 including sleds, warm blankets, nice amenities, and amazing views! We saw several moose on the way to the cabin, which was amazing! It is a short trip to Breckenridge and I would highly recommend staying here!
