Ac was not working properly. Room was hot when we arrived .. actually entire hotel felt like AC was not working properly. Turned room AC down to 60 and let it run for several hours before it actually got to a temperature we could tolerate.

There was a roach in the bathroom and I took a picture to show the front desk. His response was with all the rain it's pretty commin. Best I can do is come kill it for you. Filed a complaint through LaQuinta.

I wasn’t amused when we got there because there was someone smoking in the front so the area stank but then the entire hotel and room stank. You can tell it was renovated but very poorly. Shortcuts were made such as using old with new. We didn’t even shower as the inside pieces and literal chunks of the shower were broken off. The mattresses were so old when you laid down you sank into it and the hard wiring and springs were painful. Breakfast was cold in the morning even tho they were bringing it out fresh, it was cold to the touch. This was the worse Laquita we have ever stayed at.

When i atrived i was given a room that was NASTY, dirty towells on the bath room floor, the bed was not made the toilet had feces in it ect. I called tge front desk and was given another room.. that night at some point the elevator went out and we had to use stairs.that day. They did fix the elevator but wasent i til late ecening We were never offered any of our money back, bot ecen a down stairs room. I rented a an accessible room because i have a bad leg and back. I feel they were very very unprofessiona,
