We rented this house for Bottlerock and it fit all of our needs. The home was spacious and equipped with all the things we needed, like a large communal area, washer and dryer, and a stocked kitchen. It ended up being 10 min away from the Fairfield shuttle stop, which was quite convenient to get to the event everyday. Would recommend for larger groups.
