This stately suburban home is just twelve minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and twenty short minutes from downtown.

Fairburn’s proximity to the airport and Atlanta has made it a destination for manufacturing and industrial companies, and Clorox, US Foods, UFPI, TOTO, and others have facilities here. It’s big brother, Atlanta, boasts Fortune 500 companies The Home Depot, United Parcel Service (UPS), Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, The Southern Company, Genuine Parts Company, First Data Corporation, HD Supply Holdings, Veritiv, SunTrust Banks, AGCO Corporation, Asbury Automotive Group, NCR Corporation, PulteGroup, and Newell Brands.

This fully furnished luxury house is located in a quiet neighborhood tucked behind a shopping area that leads to I-85, so your commute should be easy. A well-manicured landscape reveals a gabled two story with two-car garage and a covered main entrance affording privacy. An open plan great room is connected by arched entries. The living room is replete with leather sofa sectional and hardwood furniture supported by a wall mounted big screen LCD TV. Snacks are served from a massive central kitchen with stainless steel appliances, over counter mounted microwave, dishwasher, and double sink. Everything you need for meal prep is here, too. Connecting these two spaces is an elegant four-seat dining room. Windows off the living and dining room lighten the room, and the patio is off the dining area, your own fenced backyard to enjoy a drink and the green views.

Upstairs, the carpeted master bedroom tempts with a king sleigh bed under a tray ceiling with mounted ceiling fan. The en-suite master bath is appointed with a privacy toilet, vanity, and shower-tub combination. Two more bedrooms are fully outfit, while a fourth is setup as office for work-from-home possibilities. Wi-Fi and cable are included, and there’s a full washer and dryer in the home as well.

Just two minutes by car or ten minutes on foot takes you to Senoia Road, an area of shopping and restaurants leading to the highway. Nature and sport lovers will appreciate Clarence Duncan Park where a water park, playground, football and baseball field, lake, and trails make for a great atmosphere. It was not a good experience.
The walls needed painting. The dryer door wouldn't close properly. The house wasn't dusted. One sheet had a blood stain and I sent a pic to the manager and there was no response. The couch had a smell to it as well. The cost was too high for such a subpar place. Some of the furniture was broken down. The pictures made it look clean and very nice. If we had another option we would have left. I don't like being charged cleaning fees when the place was not clean when we got there. It was my first Vrbo and most likely my last.

The property was very clean. The decor was beautiful. I just wished that the master bed was a king. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms didn't have a TV. This property was in the perfect spot for our needs and the cost was manageable. The house was very pleasant and we would definitely rent here again.

I requested 11 am check in the day before arriving so I am not sure if that threw nothing off for the owner as fas providing snacks and water. This did not make or break my experience but would have been a nice perk. The house is on a quiet block and it feels like a safe neighborhood. If you plan on using the dishwasher do not turn it on before taking a shower or you will not have hot water. We learned that the hard way. If you plan on using the refrigerator it does not get cold so shop carefully, we had a few things spoil in the fridge before our trip was over which was a waste of money. I did not have time to bring this up to the owner because of how busy my trip was however I do think this is something that can be fixed easily. Overall the house is comfortable & smells nice. It can use some repairs though. If you are traveling with couples be aware that one of the bedroom doors does not close properly which can make it uncomfortable for adults wanting to have alone time. The carpets could use a deep cleaning which makes the house feel dusty although it was clean. My family suffers from severe allergic reactions to dust so this caused us to have to stock up on allergy meds.

Perfect for Our Family
This was a great place to stay. We were attending a family reunion a few towns over. The location was right off of 85. Close to many restaurants and fuel stations. The home was clean and had all amenities. Our hosts were good at communicating, check in/check out process was very easy, and we had one issue with a broken bed that was resolved very quickly by our hosts while we were away for the day. We were very pleased with both the property and our hosts. Thanks again.
