Cozy A-frame Tiny Home with Game room 3 Minutes to Lake Hartwell!

Start the mornings with a cup of coffee on the cozy couch or outside on the deck while enjoying the fresh air. The unique A-frame design provides an intimate atmosphere, offering all the essentials of a comfortable getaway, along with a game room for you to enjoy. Just less than 3 mins from the lake, this home is the perfect place for your get away.

Livingroom:
Our cozy living room is designed to maximize comfort in a compact area. Despite its small size, the room feels spacious and welcoming, with carefully selected furniture and decor that enhances the room's over aesthetic. From soft and comfortable seating, to warm lighting and homey accents, this room is the perfect place to unwind. We offer a Roku TV in our home. All you have to do is log into your favorite streaming apps to access your favorite shows!

Bedroom:
The cozy bedroom of this tiny A-Frame home is the perfect place to rest and recharge. Walk up stairs to enjoy our queen size bed along with a soft memory foam mattress. The room also includes desk and chair for any work you may need to get done and a walk in closet.

Kitchen:
Our kitchen has everything you need including a gas stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cold press and Keurig. We also offer the kitchen essentials such as a spice rack, pots and pans, and olive oil for all of your cooking needs. We do not provide food or pods for keurig.

Gameroom:
Open the French door from the dining area into the game room to enjoy the fresh breeze of our covered porch. The room offers a foosball table, magnetic dart board, tic tac toe, chess, checkers and a large size connect four, sure to provide hours of entertainment.

Deck:
The perfect outdoor space for enjoying meals while getting some fresh air. With a sturdy picnic table and BBQ, this deck offers a place to have your meals while enjoying some nature.

Lake Access:
The house is about 3 minutes away from the lake, there is a road that takes you directly to the lake and boat ramp.

Parking:
We have uncovered on property parking. Big enough to park your car and boat. Please use your discretion while parking.

The house also offers, central heat and A/C along with fast and reliable internet for all of your work and streaming needs.

No pets allowed.

HOUSE RULES
Access:
You will be sent a house code for the door upon booking. This code will only be active for the duration of your stay.

Kitchen:
We offer basic utensils, pots, pans, seasoning rack, oil olive, French press and Keurig. We do not provide food for drinks of any kind. Please feel free to bring your favorite Keurig K-cups in order to use the Keurig.

Bathroom:
We offer hand soap in our bathroom, however, we do not provide toiletries of any type. Please bring your own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner as these are not provided.

Pets:
We do not allow pets in our home at this time.

Fire/Fireworks:
We do not allow the use of fire or fireworks at our home.

Critters:
Since our home is nestled in the woods, there are occasional bugs that may be in the area. There is also a chance you might hear some animals in the area as well. Please use caution when walking around the area.

Parking:
There is uncovered off street parking at our home. Please park your car in a safe manner.

Smoking:
No smoking in the house. If needed, please do so outside and extinguish and dispose the cigarette in a safe location.
