Nice apartment of about 90 square meters on the ground floor in a villa surrounded by greenery on the doorstep of Sannio Benevento. At guests' disposal a bedroom with internet, a bathroom, a small living room with a sofa bed, a TV library and a pellet stove. Dining room with air conditioning, table for 12 people kitchen (complete with dishes pots cups forks) electric fridge oven. Outside the house a large porch in wood and stone a garden with a solarium equipped with a deck chair. Free outdoor parking. The villa's courtyard has a barbecue complete with a wood-burning oven. The structure is equipped with wood pellets and linen.

Ottima struttura

Ottima struttura ben collocata, immersa nel verde con piante e fiori bellissimi. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza reale della casa, completamente attrezzata e ricca di ogni comfort. Proprietari simpatici e alla mano e disponibili ad accontentare qualsiasi richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente, per chi vuole staccare dalla monotonia e dal caos della vita quotidiana. Grazie ancora ;)
