Property is in a beautiful location and staff are so welcoming and helpful along with lovely amenities & breathtaking pool. Sans restaurant serves superb food. A lovely hotel hence the 5-star rating.

The over water bungalows are absolutely breathtaking and we definitely recommend them. The view is stunning, as is the snorkelling around the bungalow. The coral and fish are beautiful, and the room gives that exotic/island feel. Unfortunately, like many other reviews, we can't recommend the restaurants on site. You can get better and cheaper food from the food trucks. The dinner buffet was 20,000xpf but the quality was closer to 2,000xpf. Do not waste your money on food at the Sofitel restaurants.
