Your dedicated caretaker, Mr. Brown, has been welcoming and assisting guests for over 12 years. He resides on the island and provides complimentary transportation to and from the property once daily before sunset, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear. Step directly from the deck into crystal-clear Caribbean waters, or unwind in the hammock while watching boats drift by in peaceful surroundings.

Located in Big Bight, near the Las Cabanas port, the home is just minutes from the famous Starfish Island and other local attractions, while still offering the feeling of complete seclusion.

At night, experience total tranquility with no light pollution—just the stars, the sea, and the soft sounds of nature.

The home is fully off-grid and powered by a reliable solar energy system, with upgraded panels installed in January 2024. A propane grill is also available on the deck for outdoor cooking and dining.
