15th Century barn extension with glorious views across Mid Devon

A peaceful and quite location but still in easy reach of local villages, that are about 2 miles away. Shops, petrol station, cafes and quaint old English pubs are about a mile way. Within 2 miles you are in Dartmoor. There are many fine walks with bridges and rock pools and tors to climb. Exeter and Okehampton are easily accessible on the A30. Castle Drogo, Exeter Cathedral and Okehampton castle is not far away. Okehampton leisure centre has lots of amenities including a very good swimming pool. Beaches are also in easy reach including North Devon, Polseath, Cornwall, Exmouth, Dawlish and Torbay. As well as holiday makers this property is also suitable for working professionals or students who would prefer to stay in a rural setting.
