J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel du samedi 25 au dimanche 26 avril et ai malheureusement oublié mes écouteurs et leur chargeur dans ma chambre en partant. J’ai immédiatement contacté la réception de l’hôtel qui m’a demandé de lui transmettre mon adresse mail afin de réaliser leur envoi. Cependant, je n’ai pas été recontacté et ai dû rappeler plusieurs fois avant qu’on me dise d’envoyer un mail en précisant ma situation. Suite à cela, l’hôtel m’a dit n’avoir rien retrouvé dans ma chambre sans plus de précision. Je regrette fortement le manque de réactivité et de rigueur de l’hôtel qui n’a pas fait le maximum pour retrouver ces biens de valeur qu’ils ont simplement considéré comme « introuvables ».

Accueil très agréable. MAIS, j'avais demandé avant mon séjour s'il était possible de faire livrer un colis frais à l'hôtel le jour de mon arrivée. On m'avait dit OK, j'ai refais un mail le jour J, en rappel, mais quand je suis arrivée, le colis n'avait pas été conservé au frais, le contenu est parti directement à la poubelle (montant perdu : 50€ + frais d'expédition). Si j'avais su, je me serais organisée différemment. Merci à la réceptionniste pour ses excuses, néanmoins.
