Poor customer service and no AC

Aside from the beautiful architecture of this hotel, the service was not up to par for a four star hotel and the air conditioning system was not working throughout the hotel. They told me that it’s normal for the rooms to not go below 24 or 25°C even though it was set to 18°. There was also black mould in the shower. Would definitely not recommend. There are many other better options in Evora.

Great hotel and great location. On a hot day, lounging by the pool for a couple hours provided welcome relief. Easy walk to everything and the underground parking garage was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Loved staying at this hotel for our one night in Evora. The beautiful modern architecture is a nice contrast to the rich history of the town. It was very hot when we arrived and so having the pool on site was wonderful. We didnt dine at the hotel but there were great options nearby. Perfect location for all the sights and i was able to find a lovely running path nearby in the morning too. Looking back, we could have stayed 2 nights and added a wine tour in the Alentejo!

Very centrally located with parking underneath. We arrived before check in time and our room was not ready. The staff allowed us to park in the secure garage and keep our luggage safely in the car until we checked in. This allowed us time to explore before the room was ready. We liked being inside the city walls, yet auto access was easy. Helpful staff. We did not choose breakfast, but it looked good. Clean, very modern, lovely pool, nice staff.
