Sweet retreat on the channel of Chippewa Lake

The cottage was perfect for our trip. The bunk bed with a trundle was great for the teens while the adults were comfortable in the other two bedrooms (we didn’t have need for the Murphy bed in the living room, but if we had a larger group, it was another sizable bed! The bed linens and towels were all new and the appliances, too. I always appreciate a place with a washer and dryer, and they provided detergent. The hosts also had extras like snacks and drinks from Michigan in a basket for us and ample coffee, tea, and hot cocoa for the keurig. The kids caught a few fish from the channel and enjoyed playing games. The cottage was clean and secure, located in a friendly neighborhood. We would stay again!
