Nestled at the foot of the Canigou massif, this is an ideal base for hiking and relaxation lovers, in the heart of this sunny village. The village of Eus is ideally located, just a few kilometers from Prades, Perpignan, and the sunny beaches of the Mediterranean. This characterful house has been renovated and personalized by the owner. It is located in a pretty village lane. The cottage comprises: Ground floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) - Shower room with WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) + 1 single bed (90x190cm) Second floor: - Kitchen with living room and access to the 3rd floor - Large 35 m² terrace with stunning views, WC. There is also access to the village via the terrace. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Communal parking in the village, 150 m from the gîte. In the heart of the village of Eus, classified among the most beautiful villages in France, this house with its panoramic terrace facing Mount Canigou offers a true haven of peace
