Great Place to Stay while on a Budget

Parking was a little difficult, but I was in a large truck. Definitely would not be a problem if we were in somthing smaller. The pool was closed as we stayed at Swiss Village Inn in October.

Just ok

The pool was closed. The room smelled like mold. The carpet was coming up in some spots. Found a carpet beetle larvae on the wall. Debris around the edge of the floor along the wall, like dead bugs and spider webs. The room was just ok. Beds semi firm. Quiet away from main street noise.

This place has great reviews. Too bad they are untrue. There is no breakfast. The room smelled like mildew. The door did not lock and had clearly been forced open at some point. There were no soda machines as advertised. When asking the front desk staff about things to do and the towns claim to fame, we were met with a blank stare and indifference. The beds were ok. The fridge worked good. The AC kept turning off. The shower alternated pulsing of very hot or very cold water. We would NOT recommend this facility.

We were disappointed to get there and see the pool. It was not clean at all and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The property could use some updating and cleaned up. We struggled with opening our room door had to get the guy at the desk to help us. Then we struggled and had to really push on the door to get the deadbolt to lock. No free breakfast and no staff there 24/7. The parking was a little compact and not enough. We had to park at the building next door to the hotel our last night because there was no room by the hotel. Our room was old and outdated. It was cleaned okay but not great. Paint was pealing around different areas in the room and yellow stained walls in the bathroom. Water pressure wasnt great. The towels were old and stained. Had a nice mini frig and microwave The bed was okay comfort wise but the base it was on made noise everytime you moved around. Tv was okay could be bigger for the size of the room. Wifi seemed okay. The jacuzzi tub was okay sometimes the jets would shut off and then start again. We had cob webs around the toliet base. We stayed 3 nights and survived lol. Definitely not as nice as other hotels i have stayed at especially for the price. Didnt ever see any cleaning people. Location was pretty good.

Best little place

This hotel was great! I wasnt sure because of the budget price, but the hotel is in a great location, everything was clean, wifi was good enough for me to do school work and importantly, we felt safe. We have a small child and didnt worry about being too loud because there is adequately thick walls. The staff is freindly and we needed for nothing while here. The pool could use some work but its set back from the street which we liked. The bathrooms are large but the water pressure was lacking and honestly that was our only flaw. We 100% would stay here again.
