We had a wonderful stay here with our multi-generational family, and it worked beautifully for all of us.The layout is fantastic—each bedroom has an en-suite bath, and having four bedrooms on the main floor was perfect for our elderly parents. The walkout basement with bunk beds was great for the younger group. The extra fridge and freezer downstairs were also very helpful.The home was impressively clean—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve experienced, right down to spotless porches and well-maintained kitchenware. The lawn is beautifully kept, and the easy river access was a highlight—we even rented a boat nearby for a day.WiFi was strong and reliable, and communication with the property manager was excellent. The online listing doesn’t reflect fully how great this property is. We were very pleased!A few minor notes: the well water has a noticeable smell (safe, but bring bottled water if sensitive), and carpeting in bedrooms may not suit everyone. We also noticed insect traps in closets (empty, thankfully!), and one shower lacked a soap holder. Very minor details for such a great home. Overall, a really great location near Eureka Springs, river access, and a very comfortable setup. We would absolutely return to this one!!!

Beautiful space with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our multi-family stay. The back porch with the view and rocking chairs provided a serene background. We encountered one minor issue and it was well-communicated with the host during the stay. Tips for future: bring charcoal if you want to grill. I missed that detail and assumed it was a propane grill. If you are not used to well water along the river line, bring some drinking water jugs.

If you need a clean,stylish,place for people to gather but at the same time have areas for privacy look no further for this is the place for you.There really are plenty of bathrooms and the bunk beds downstairs are like sleeping on clouds.The bunk bed mattresses are heavenly.The front and back porches are a sanctuary for conversation and laughter.

Great river retreat

This is a perfect place for fishing and large groups w kids. Lots of bathrooms and private space. We couldn’t fish out back due to high water levels but just bad weather timing. I recommend for large groups / mult families w kids. Only complaint is the water smells like sulphuric.

BEST option for a group getaway

This was a great spot for 8 adult women to stay - lots of space and we loved all the bathrooms (lol). The space was clean, the views were great, and it was about 15-20 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go, mostly Eureka Springs attractions. The host was great at responding as well and check out was so easy. Much less required than most rentals these days. Would highly recommend this spot or any spot managed by Aspen.

Beautiful Property

The house was enormous and very well-kept; it easily slept the four adults and two children who stayed and accommodated an additional family of four for dinner. The property going down to the river was beautiful. We arrived at night and had some difficulty finding the house because of the lack of lighting, but had an easy time getting in once we found the house.

Amazing Property

We come to Arkansas a few times a year to ride motorcycles and until recently we would always just choose a hotel in Eureka Springs. This property was amazing. The house basically has 4 master bedrooms on the main floor plus 2 bunk rooms in the basement. Wether you have 10 bikers or multiple families with kids this is a great choice. The house is all updated on the inside and has a ton of space inside and out. Access to the river is right off the back of the property. Even the mile of gravel with us riding motorcycles never overshadowed how nice this was to stay at. Aspen and her team were great to work with as well. Thanks a lot and would recommend this location!!!
