This was a weird experience for us. Checking in through a kiosk that I could barely understand the lady cause of the connection was inconvenient. The room was very small and floors were sticky. Luckily we were just sleeping there and showering and getting ready early and leaving cause it would’ve been awful for longer than we were there. It was cheap, I definitely got what I paid for

Absolutely horrible I’ve stayed at this hotel previously with mild issues but stuck through because it was the cheapest option in the area I booked the other day again and when I went to go check in was told I was red listed from the hotel I had never had any issues with any of the staff nor my stay I kept everything tidy and was not told after my stay that anything had happened I was then told I had to call Expedia for my refund when I did Expedia told me they could not get ahold of the manager even though I had just talked to them and they knew about the expected call this place is a waste of your money and a scam I absolutely do not recommend staying here

The hotel was very serviceable and affordable, which is exactly what was needed. There was standing dirt in my room near the door, which was unfortunate. They've also moved to a Robo-Host for check in, which was also unusual.

The room is small. My refrigerator was warm not turned on and had water in the freezer. The floor has some type of cleaner that makes it slippery. It's a tile floor and your shoes will slide. The toilet is too close to the wall and the toilet paper interferes with you sitting on the seat. The toilet seat also is missing one of the lifts. The water is very hot. The heater is good. Except it blows directly on the bed. And if you turn it towards the ceiling it catches the curtain and blows it open. But the bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. The television is good and has a good selection of channels. I don't know where the ice machine is. I did not need ice but. It is a remote kiosk check in and check out. So there's no attendant on site.

it was super unsafe. There was a bunch of drug addicts in weird activity outside. The sheets were dirty. The pillows were dirty and they were dirty hand rags by the sink trying to get in that front desk was impossible because it’s all digital someone talks to you through a screen and then they charge me an additional 175 as a deposit

There was a piwer outaged even though we just checked in we asked the power was told to be reinstated until next day. Ofcourse noone knows. Power came back on and we stayed, we ask if ee could get credit no power and she said no

From outer appearances, the Inn looked fine. The room looked nice, but very tight to walk in. However, I will never stay there again. First, because the A/C didn’t work and we were sweating all night. And second, because you have to check in and out in a lobby that is a sweat box. By the time I finished checking in, I was drenched in sweat. And also what I hated about it is, you have to do it virtually. The human is on a screen. It doesn’t give off that friendly and inviting feeling whatsoever.
