Perfect for the weekend

Veru cute place to stay downtown. If you're on a bottom floor, the floorboards creak, or maybe Sasquatch himself was in the room above me. Showers are awesome, dual shower heads. Beds are comfy. Pillows are comfy. Breakfast is great. Service from everyone I've interacted with has also been great.

My favorite place to stay

The Timbers is my first choice when visiting Eugene. It's always clean and well maintained. The location is conveniently downtown and easy to get to from all directions. The breakfast offering is also a plus.

The room was really cold and a bit dusty, with an old, uncomfortable bed and bedding. I ended up moving to another hotel so I can sleep better and just came back the next morning to check out. the staff is nice, and the location is good.

Old HVAC!

The room is newly remodeled except for the heating and cooling system. It's an old wall HVAC unit. The heater was turn off when we got in the room and it was 37 degrees outside. It took us a good 45 minute to finally feel comfortable. They should really have a thermostat in the room to control the HVAC wall unit or install one of those mini split heat pump. It's so much more efficient. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
