If the heaters and the fire pits were turned on outside, it would attract more people to the lounge. It looked dead rather than lively and appealing. Music would be nice. Just a suggestion. My only complaint was the breakfast. Waffles were hard as a rock. Waited for fresh ones and they weren’t that much better. The food selection was great. It was how the food was prepared.

Weekend getaway to Oregon
Hotel was great, it is close to everything dinning, shopping and the down town area. Very clean, indoor hot top and pool was great. The bar was great as well. I do highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I have to.

My family and I stayed there when we lost power after an ice storm. The hotel is clean, warm and staff was very friendly! On one of the evenings of fire alarm went off due to a burst pipe. The staff did an excellent job helping folks navigate the seemingly emergency that turned out to be a false alarm. We felt safe and taken care of.

The staff shined brighter than anything. Everything was perfection, but man, they were so friendly and accommodating. Anthony, Lara, Girl with the long dark blonde hair who worked on Jan 18, 19. Cannot say enough great things about these people!

The only beef I have is that this is the second time I have stayed and had some lights work and others not work. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have things work. Staff was fabulous! Parking cost is super high when there are free alternatives right near paid parking. Also. Hotels need room service.
