the amenities in the room were very modest. The phone charging outlets did not work, but the front desk provided a cube to use outlets. The hot pot for water did not work, fortunately I had my own coffee maker with me.

Room was clean and staff courteous. The only negative is they only provide decaf coffee in the rooms. Our friends who stayed down the hall from us said the same thing. We figured it was the hotels way of selling $4.00 coffee in the lobby. Something so simple but aggravating first thing in the morning. Come on Graduate up your game and keep customers happy.

The staff was great! Check in went smoothly and it was great. What I however didn’t find appealing was the amount of dust my room had. Everything felt old and dirty, what you can tell once was nice has become weathered and dated. The bathroom was not at all to standard, I won’t go into detail because it’s not necessary. Renovate :)

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the subtle (& not so subtle) references to the University of Oregon and the larger tip of the cap to the overall natural beauty of Oregon. Our hotel room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
