Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes to the university and downtown, this updated mid-century home is situated on a large private-feeling lot and offers great separation of space, large-group outdoor living, amazing views and a hot tub!

Located in a very safe part of Eugene. 5 minute drive to Amazon park, trails, and swimming pool (with water slides)!! Covered carport with a Tesla wall-charger.

Upper level offers a gorgeous kitchen (cooking supplies included) with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, formal dining and a living room with vaulted ceilings and views. Upper deck off the dining room features 4 large Adirondack chairs facing westward city view for sunsets.
