This bright and airy vacation home is furnished with small groups in mind. Make yourself at home in the fully stocked kitchen, with a dining table for 6, and a large island with 4 barstools. The dining table sits in a designated nook, surrounded by windows, inviting long conversations and card games galore. The living room comfortably seats the whole group and includes a smart tv with access to your favorite apps, as well as a nice collection of board games. Surprise and delight your littlest vacationers with the secret under-stair cupboard!
The primary suite is privately located on the lower level, separate from the kitchen and living space. It includes a King bed, smart tv, and a desk and chair. The en suite bathroom includes double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. A powder bath is also located in this hallway, across from the primary suite and near the back entrance of the home.
Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, both well furnished with thoughtful touches, smart tv's and queen size beds. These bedrooms share the full bathroom, which has a large, well lit vanity and a separate door to the shower/tub and toilet. The full size laundry room is also located upstairs.
A small coffee bar is located just inside the door to the balcony, so you can start your morning enjoying nature, before you even go downstairs for the day.
Nestled in the wooded Redbud Park, Watercolor Cottage provides both privacy and convenience. The furnished front porch and balcony overlook the park, where playground equipment is woven in amongst the trees. The front sidewalk positions you within quick walking distance to Tower Court Pool, bocce ball, tennis and basketball courts and lakeside hiking trails. Behind the house, there is private parking for 3 vehicles. You'll have access to 3 community pools, a community hot tub, and various sports courts and walking trails. Carlton Landing events and amenities boast a unique sense of nostalgia, relaxation and excitement.
