Fun community! Home is located less than a block from the private boat ramp. You will have access to 2 pools, a private boat ramp, and a lake swimming area at the clubhouse. This is a fun golf cart community, so bring you golf carts, buggies or ATV. This home has a large screened in porch, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, linens provided. wifi, and enough space to park your your boat. Covered patio area to park your golf cart or buggy. This property not only has a main house but you also could have access to a RV hook up on the property. Home has a large front yard with plenty of room to run.
