The room needs to be renovated and the security on doors enhanced. Felt unsafe with all the people walking around outside, other renters I guess. They watched you and scoped out your vehicle. I almost requested another room. When they started their vehicles, the exhaust came through the open cracks in door. For future reference, I would put your older couples in another area of motel.

The floors in our rooms were filthy!!!! We walked across the floors and within 5 minutes the bottom of my feet were black . Our sink would stopped up in less than a minute and would take 10 mins to drain. I went to the office at 2:00pm and spoke with a indian guy and explained our issues. The first thing out if his mouth was why i waited till 2:00pm to tell him. My response was im here fishing and left the room at 5:30am. I said i dont think you'd appreciate that call at 5:30am. He displayed an attitude of disgust but said he would follow me to the room.

A person, who did not identify themselves, tried to come into my room twice. He let himself in with a key, without announcing who he was. Came back later and tried again a second time before I told him to go away and do his maintenance during a time when a guest was in the room.

Every endeavor in life is merely a compilation of minor details. Overall, the facility was acceptable. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff helpful. However, there were a number of detail missteps. None of which made this a bad stay, but attention to these minor things would have tipped this over into a five star hotel. First rule: don't beat yourself. The facility has too many self inflicted errors to get above three star.

In town for a funeral and picked this hotel (Quality Inn- Eufalla) based off ratings reported to Hotels.com. After a pleasant check-in we entered our room to find a big waterbug, few dead baby roaches in the tub, and a couple of small bugs on the beds. This was disturbing as we checked in around 7pm CDT and wanted to check-in earlier than check-in time of 2pm but advised of a $30/fee for early check-in but they would've excepted $15. So.. my problem is why if the room was ready before 2pm was there critters found at minimum 5hrs later 🙄. With the room fully paid for before arriving, tired from driving all day from Florida to Cuthbert GA then to Eufalla, my family and braced for a quick night of sleep. My hubby got rid of the bugs, I disinfected to top sheets and pillows, then made sure all bags were above ground. We didnt use the shower but bathed via the "duck bath" method. Woke up in the morning to find at minium 6 baby roaches across the floor (horrible). I truly think this hotel can do better for the amount of business they attract and obtain with their location. A fumigation is needed asap.

Listen, you get what you pay for. The bathroom door had been painted so many times it wouldn’t shut. The thickness of caulk on the bathroom fixtures was crazy. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay. Instead of putting lipstick on a pig, they should invest in some updates. The tv in our room had a big crack on the top right portion, but it still worked. Ish. We stayed 2 nights. If it had been longer, we would have stayed somewhere nicer. We had our two small children. They had no issues sleeping.

We stayed here for a visit to Providence Canyon. This hotel was pretty close to the park and right on the water. Which was nice. The hotel staff were super nice. Only complaint I had was that the paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling but that is something that happens in wet environments so not a very big deal where I was concerned.
