Welcome to The Nest – Your Cozy Carlton Landing Retreat!

You can't beat this location! This charming 1 story 2-bed, 2-bath townhome is just steps from Town Center including the Swim Beach, Boardwalk, Pop-Up Shops, Mama Tig’s, and Festival Lawn. The Nest features a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed and twin bed in the guest room, and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Ideal for up to 5 guests but can comfortably sleep up to 7. There's also a screened in porch and 1 reserved parking spot.

Included in your stay is the use of 2 single kayaks and 1 paddle board!

Lots of extras. Hangers in all closets. Shampoo conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. Welcome snack. Coffee and cream. Plenty of linens. Very nice home. Highly recommended. Great location. Central to almost everything. Very helpful and responsive.

The house is beautifully and very thoughtfully decorated. Very clean. Just as the pictures show it to be. The house is very centrally located, very short walks to the restaurants, beach, and two of the pools. We had a great stay and would definitely book here again!
