When you relax on the sofas or enjoy a good meal at the table, you can let your gaze wander over the Skåneviksfjord. Relax on the sunny terrace in the summer months or take a walk to the beautiful fjord.



It is only a short drive to Skånevik with most facilities and cultural events, especially in the summer. There is also a large sports center with skate park, running track, soccer pitch, etc., but if you are looking for relaxation, you will find a beautiful sandy beach on a peninsula near the town center. Hike through the cultural landscape south of Skånevik or up to the summit of Veten. There is also the option of taking the ferry to Utåker, from where you can reach even more exciting excursion destinations. We recommend climbing the mountain peaks Gjeitadalstind, Ulvanosa, Høgetinden, Malmangernuten and Melderskin. In winter there is good skiing in Olalia near Etne with groomed cross-country trails and alpine skiing at Røldal Ski Center. A boat can be hired.
