Comfortable property, weaker management
The issues we had were not with the property but with the property manager. We never received the email with instructions about access. We called upon arrival and it took 20 minutes on hold to get in. Then the internet access didn’t work. We called the property mgmt company which couldn’t help. I rebooted the modem and finally got it to work but the network was NOT as described in the instuctions. There was a fireplace and a note that instructions were on the mantle. But there were no instructions there. We had trouble finding the thermostat. There was a garage but the automatic opener was in an obscure place and we didn’t find it until the third day. And only after a snowstorm, where our car was buried in 8” of snow and ice.
