This is our 2nd time to stay here and we have always loved this place— the location, the serenity, the views, the full amenities in the cabin. And loved the upgraded heated toilet seat too. Would recommend this to anyone who will visit Estes Park/RMNP.

I canceled my reservation on the spot and left. Check in is via a computer with somebody located in a different state. Very impersonal. I paid for and requested a one bedroom unit. They assigned me a studio.

Unit was really cute. Had everything we needed except for an ice maker in fridge, not a big deal. Check in was the strangest check in ever though. Never had a check in like it before and seened sonewhat cold and impersonal. Also, when giving us our instructions, the instructions were somewhat intimidating. They were hyper focused on making sure we knew check in was "between 3 and 5! Not before or after and continued to remind in the instructions several times. And making sure we knew there would be fines if we messed something up! Im an adult! I get there needs to be rules but i felt a bit threatened and definitely intimidated. We did check out a day early! Over all, the unit was nice! But we will not return!

Check in was super fast & easy, Max was wonderful!!! Our cabin was lovely & clean & had everything we needed. The new toilets with heated seat was a nice bonus!! The only thing missing was a small table to put in front of the couch when you're sitting there, to put your drinks on. Other than that, it was perfect & we highly recommend it for a wonderful getaway. Oh, I almost forgot, it is a 5 minute drive to the Fall River entrance to the national park & it is much less busy than Beaver Meadows.

Everything was super cute and everything was clean. Only reason it was a 4 and not a 5 is that the pull out sofa bed was only a twin and I had to sleep on the floor with two couch cushions.

My husband and I stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary. The room was very nice and clean. It was stocked with everything we could of needed if we wanted to cook but we ate out while in town. The TV service was good it was a slight bummer we couldn't use our own streaming service but not a issue. The only reason we're going with a 4 instead of the 5 stars is because the door connecting our cabin to our neighbor's cabin was not in the slightest sound proof and we could hear everything from our neighbors and I'm sure vice versa with us to them. Which caused us not to fully feel comfortable.
