Location is perfect for Estes. Easy to get to the river walk without having to drive. Great for the kids and pet friendly. The staff were polite and responsive. Would recommend to anyone trying to keep it simple in Estes.

Place was great! Accomodations were great! Breakfast and smores was a good perk that we didn't know about. Chad at the front dest was awesome! Only thing even remotely negative, was there was construction going on in the front/courtyard, but really didn't affect us much. Overall GREAT stay for the price!

Love the location. I would recommend staying on the third floor I could hear people walking above me constantly and we had a small problem with the shower squealing. You can't beat the location to all the shops, bars, and restaurants downtown.
