We enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing, with convenient location to RMNP and Estes Park restaurants. Only recommendation is a check in that doesn’t involve needing to drive to a separate location to pickup and drop off keys.

Views are absolutely AMAZING at this cabin. The post should read "rustic cabin with all the amenities and AMAZING views! It was just that! Nothing fancy about this place and that is exactly how we like it but we had EVERYTHING we needed and more! Kitchen was stocked with everything. Washer and dryer. Hot tub was perfect for evening relaxing and wildlife to be seen right near the cabin. The driveway to the cabin is exactly as described...very rough terrains and AWD or 4 wheel is needed! Only suggestions i have are to replace your beds because they are terribly uncomfortable! Maybe add a recliner to the front room otherwise the cabin is perfect. I would definitely return to this cabin again!

Magnificent View
The view from this cabin is spectacular. Though there are houses nearby, we hardly saw or heard anyone. You need to pick up the keys from the property management. After a long day of travel, it would be nice to have a keyless entry at the home. Regardless of some inconveniences and high temps, we were able to relax and enjoy the solitude and gorgeous views.

Even the kids were impressed
Just absolutely stunning views. Everything else just takes a back seat. Sure some more comfy outside chairs could help, one bed is creaky. But who cares when you wake up and go to sleep with those views. 10 minutes and you're in RMNP. And the kids will forever remember making friends with the bunny living under the deck. Wonderful time with this homey cabin as home base.

Great view
An amazing view and a little old cabin. Great place to relax after a day of hiking in the mountains. Had an issue with the hot tub with too much chemicals, but informed the property manager and they took care of it right away. We missed the fact that there was no AC. So it was a little bit difficult to cool down the place at night with only a couple of windows that had screens. The patio door should really have a screen. The cabin also had a little bit of a ant problem. We killed quite a few while we were there and informed the property manager and they said that they will spray for them right away. These things wouldn't cause me to not get this place again, it would just need to be the right time of the year with the no AC.

Recent Stay @ Larimer County Property
We booked a 5 night stay of this property based on the info listed and pictures. This property was not for us. The place was clean and well stocked, but dated. You have to drive up a dirt and rocky road, which they said was the case, but it was very pitted. Luckily we had a 3/4 ton truck. I think any vehicle could make it, unless it was muddy. This place is not handicapped accessible or for someone who has issues with steps. There is no ground entrance. Becasue this is a stand-alone house, the trash recepticle was outside. When we went to place trash inside the recepticle, it was full. We paid a visit to the management company and they said they would take care of it. They only removed a couple of bags but it was never emptied. You are also suppose to take the trash recepticle down the private drive to a main road for when trash pickup is scheduled. Not something you pay $300/night and expect to have to do. Our 3rd night dipped down into the low 40's. When we went to turn on the heater, it did not work. We called the management company and they said "well, it worked in May. Turn on the space heaters". I now understand why there were multiple space heaters and electric blankets. Needless to say, we packed up and left 2 days early. All they could say when we returned the keys was "sorry". On a positive note, the veiw is spectacular. The bathroom and kitchen was adequate, but the beds were not comfortable. Very quiet area but did not meet our expectations.

Fantastic views
We enjoyed the easy access to RMNP, two days of hiking, good food, and shopping in Estes Park. Unfortunately, while the hot tub was working, it was unable to maintain a 102 degree temperature. Also the kitchen could have included a few more basic items of convenience for cooking, such as pot holders and a larger bowl for pasta. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was very squeaky…such that you woke up your partner every time you rolled over. None of these feedback items impacted our ability to enjoy our time there.

Great Little Cabin
Overall we were very pleased with this property. The views were amazing and the house was just what we were looking for. The driveway, although not long, needs some work but I did expect that before I got there based on previous reviews. All in all, we were very satisfied and would consider going again.

View was great, but property nothing special for the price
The property is generally well kept and clean, but very dated. The view is magnificent! Location great-very short drive to Estes Park and the Park entrances.
My complaints resulting in only 3 stars: one bed squeaks annoyingly with any move and the other bed is brick hard. None of the windows opened, and there were no screen doors on either the patio or front doors that allow us to open up window/doors to let fresh cool mountain air into the house at night. (Bedrooms had small windows with screens but no air circulated through them.). The road to the property is one lane gravel with steep abrupt ditches (God forbid if another vehicle comes from opposite direction). The driveway is very poorly maintained (uphill gravel with deep ruts and exposed large rocks. Thankfully I had a pickup truck that has 4X4 and high clearance; any other vehicle would have struggled). Finally, I suggest providing comfortable chairs on the covered porch area for sitting. the bar stools are silly, but have no functional purpose--not comfortable. And the chairs by the hot tub are metal with no cushions--not comfy either. We ended up sitting on the picnic table benches our 3 nights there...
With remedying my above comments, this property could get a better rating...

Giant Track Mountain Cabin w/ fabulous views
This cabin shines by the elevation off the valley floor on the side of Giant Track Mt. The hot tube was a plus. Everything was clean. Absolutely loved this place. My wife said this was the best place we've stayed this far. I give it five stars for location because it is private and pretty much equidistant from Ft. Collins and Boulder (... Ft collins is about 15mins further) and it's proximity to RMNP. Really don't know much about Estes other than it's a tourist town. It's our second time staying in Estes but never actually spent time in the town. Much prefer to go so mountaineering activities which are abundant are Estes if you are looking for 5 class climbing or bouldering. Longs peak is the closest 14er but Lilly Mt is quite a treat also at 9xxxft.

Great location to RMNP
This was a perfect spot for us to stay after hiking the park. The cabin is nicely appointed and gave us the amenities and space we needed. The hot tub was a nice feature after a long day of activity but it didn't stay hot for very long after uncovering it so we only used it once. The views from the porch are awesome.
