I didn’t get a Mountain View room, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the shower head wouldn’t stay in place. It soaked the entire bathroom floor. I reached out to the property a few times by phone, text and email and never got a response. Horrible customer service. Not a good experience.

This is a budget hotel, so I didnt expect fancy. Location is great, very pretty, although it's VERY hard to find the entrance. The room was clean. Bed was much too hard. But the price was right for 1 night. I stayed in December, so it was too cold to enjoy the outdoors. But it looks like it would be quite beautiful in summer.

Staff was very receptive and helpful. Location was great, room was nice and very clean. Only issue I had was on the bottom floor and what sounded like Mark Henry and a small elephant were moving around at 4 am onward which made sleep impossible. Highly recommend you request the 2nd floor.

The first room they had us in was not so good right below the lobby so when breakfast came the kids was being noisy. They moved us to another room and it was spectacular.
