Bugle Point

So disappointed.

I was so excited about this place. When we first got there it looked great. Upon further inspection, there was a very dirty towel and hair in the bed. But the worst was that when my husband went to sit on the couch a mouse ran out from underneath and went underneath the fireplace. We understand this is a woodsy area but come on. There was mouse poop under and around the couch as well as by the door and fireplace. We looked underneath and there was a mouse trap with a dead mouse that had been there a while. We called the emergency line and someone did come with a trap and vacuum. But they said they’d come back to put the new trap in and take the old one out. They never did. We also requested new towels and toilet paper because we only had half a roll. It took all day to get the towels and didn’t even bring us toilet paper so we had to go buy our own. Very disappointed.
