In the luxurious and quiet complex Belgravia Club at the port of Estepona. Lovely house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, fascinating sea and harbor view at terrace. The beaches and the harbor, where numerous restaurants can be found within a 5-minute walk. (International) TV and internet possible.
You enter the house at the living level, with a complete kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and a spacious living room ending in a covered terrace overlooking the port of Estepona and the rock of Gibraltar where it is good weather in all weather conditions .
The ground floor has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. The view is unique with a direct view of the port of Estepona and the entry and exit of fishing boats and pleasure yachts, the open sea and Gibraltar

The kitchen was ok but lacking in some aspects. Had to ask for more mugs and pot holders. It did have most basic utensils. An air fryer would have been nice. There is no view of a beach but a lovely view of the harbour. The beds were very comfortable but the bedding is worn out. The towels are very worn. The whole apartment needs an update. The host is wonderful and tries to fix any problems quickly. We did meet her and she is a very nice person. We would use this apartment again because of the location. It is close to the old town,groceries and many good restaurants. You do need to be able to do stairs as there are stairs both inside and out. All in all it is a great place.

Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment with private balcony and stunning views. Pool area was gorgeous and quiet. Beds were comfortable and kitchen immaculate. Loads of restaurants within 5 minutes walk and beach around 7 minutes. Lots of stairs so beware if not so mobile!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. It had a lovely view of the harbour. It was within walking distance of the town (30 mins), where there are numerous shops and excellent restaurants. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, and a lovely beach was 15 mins away. We would definitely return!

Nice property in great location

I was surprised at how big this property is when we walked in, photos don't do it justice. It's a lovely apartment that was clean and in order. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances in clean working order. The balcony is a gem, with a stunning view of the harbour. The house is in a quiet but excellent location. A car is not needed to explore Estepona. There is air-con in every room, but the day before we were due to arrive, the host messaged to say the living area unit was broken. Twice we were told an engineer was coming to fix it, but that never happened so we had to spend 2 weeks in roasting heat, and because it was so hot and humid in the apartment upstairs we got bitten a lot by mosquitos, it really was not ideal, hense 4 stars. The host was friendly and very responsive to my messages and provided fans. The pool area is fantastic, really clean and never very busy. However, the complex itself needs a good clean as there is bird droppings everywhere, plants are dry and dying and the water fountains don't work. A bit of TLC is needed. We ate out a lot as it was too hot in the apartment to cook without the air-con. The marina has a good selection of restaurants which are reasonably priced. This complex is not mobility friendly, about 10 steps to access the apartment and 19 steps down to the bedrooms inside. The mobility ramps on the complex are crazy steep, so not ideal for a wheelchair. All in all, we had a wonderful time in Estepona and would stay again.

Not the stay we had expected

I must admit my expectations of this apartment were heightened due to previous reviews posted on VRBO When we arrived there were about 15 stairs down to the entrance to the apartment which was unexpected as I had asked the host about this as my husband has recent mobility issues and was told there were “2 short stairs “ to the apartment door ! The apartment enters from upstairs with a well fitted kitchen and comfortable lounge. However the bedrooms were down a difficult set of stairs which was not clear in the description of the apartment. The bedrooms themselves were comfortable. Both had en suites but are in need of an upgrade. The bathroom furniture was tired. The doors into the bathrooms and drawers were water damaged at the bottom -swollen with peeling paint and the toilet lid holders were rusted We discovered on day 2 the pool was closed for refurbishment so unable to use it The host offered to cancel our booking but we had unpacked and so not easy to find new accommodation to stay We have eventually received compensation from the host for lack of a pool during our stay In the 2 weeks we stayed at Belgravia club apartment none of thepathways were swept or hosed down. They were filthy and as a result attracted flies which were a persistent problem Bags of twigs and garden refuse was left outside the apartment and not removed during our 2 week stayThe location of this apartment is great and we loved eating out at the marina However all in all it was not the relax

The place to stay in Estepona

This is a great apartment. The photos accurately represent the property. What cannot be relayed in a description is the view (spectacular) and the location(close to shopping, walking along the Mediterranean Sea). The host provides good instructions for arrival, entry, and daily operation of utilities and appliances. We were answered promptly and to our satisfaction on the rare occasions we contacted the host with questions or concerns. I was rehabbing a knee when we arrived so I caution anyone with physical limitations to be ready for many stairs between the property entrance at the street and the bedrooms on the lower level.

Estepona 2024

The property is set in lovely grounds, the swimming pool was clean and never busy. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds where comfortable and tye aircon was great. Lovely view even though it was next to the car park. Contact with host was quick and easy. Great channels on TV travelling with a 3 year old and this kept her entertained.i would recommend gthis property. We had a fabulous time.

The property was in a good location, as only a short walk to the marina which had several restaurants, with the main town about 20 minutes stroll along the esplanade. The apartment was perfect for what we wanted, with a lovely terrace overlooking the marina. We used the pool several times.

Fabulous location at the port

The apartment was a great location with a lovely view and had everything that suited our needs. Supermarkets and restaurants were a very short walk away. Cristo bay beach is a lovely bay and again a short stroll away.Old town was a lovely probably 30 minute stroll (with an 83year old) away which really is worth the effort. We did this walk everyday as the old town truly is a delight. Shopping and restaurants/bars along the way so we were spoilt for choice.

Perfect villa in a perfect location

We stayed here for 7 nights with 2 other adults . The house had everything and more . Coffee machine was a god send ! Very peaceful complex with beautiful mature gardens and gorgeous pool . Sadly the pool was out of use due to water restrictions in the area but still lovely to laze around ! The beach to the right was much nicer than the main beach with a really nice Havana Bar. The marina was perfect for eating (though no Spanish restaurants I loved the Greek one ) market on Wed just short 10 min walk and on Sunday a market at the marina which had more choice but no fruit and veg. A 20 min walk along promenade to old town Estepona was well worth it. Lots of nice Spanish restaurants ! Alicia was a fantastic host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

April 2024 in Estepona

Great location next to the marina with access to all things in Estepona. We rented a vehicle and traveled to Granada, Seville, Malaga and many other locations for day trips or overnighting. The condo was accurately represented and communication with Adela was always prompt. Weather in April was great for our interests - walking, hiking,, biking, etc. We arrived on the 1st and no rain till the 27th.

Couldn't find entrance to apartment on arrival late evening, had to find hotel as now 1am will be requesting refund for hotel. Unfortunately there was no mention about all the stairs at the property, my husband is disabled and walks with 2 sticks. We managed but going up and down was fraught. Stairs should be mentioned in details. House well equiped and comfortable, everything you need for a lovely stay. Position is great overlooking marina, lovely sea front walk.

FAMILY HOLIDAY IN ESTEPONA

The property is in a fairly small complex called Belgravia Club with a lovely pool area and well kept pretty gardens. The pool has about 15 sun beds which generally was sufficient though the pool area could comfortably accommodate more which would be useful in mid-afternoon when the pool was a little busier with all beds taken though people came and went frequently and you can lie on the grass if the beds are occupied. The location is ideal for the marina which has a good selection of bars and restaurants and 3 supermarkets - the Carrefour across the road was probably the closest and best stocked with a butchers and bakery dept. The apartment is accessed down a few steps and is very spacious. The entry level has the 'living' accommodation - kitchen, dining, sitting area, a w.c. and access to the large terrace. The terrace itself has another dining table and a sofa area, great for dining al-fresco or having a G&T! You access the bedrooms down about a dozen and a half steps, being below your own living space keeps the bedrooms nice and quiet and each bedroom has it's own en-suite with shower. We were a party of 5, there is a double bed in one room and the other, very large, bedroom has another double with a separate single foldout type bed. The double beds were both very comfy, the foldout bed was comfortable enough but was very creaky. Overall very nice apartment, maybe benefit from a decorative refresh as shows a bit of wear & tear. Adela was very responsive to any questions

Great Property Good value for money.

Property was accurate to listing and of a good standard. Location was good with excellent views to sea and the harbour. There are many restaurants around the harbour and within a few minutes walk however if you can manage it I would recommend eating in Estepona. It's a walk of about 15 minutes or 8 euros in a taxi. The food is far far better as are the atmosphere and surroundings. If there are to be people staying in both bedrooms, bring a sleep mask as one of the rooms lets in a lot of light due to a streetlamp right outside the window. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable and spacious though. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. Property manager was extremely attentive and helpful.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. Apartment has everything you need. Adela was really helpful and lovely the whole time we were there. Lovely pool where we spent most of our time and always had sun loungers and seating available. Very close to marina with lots of restaurants and two beaches within a very short walk. I would have liked to be a little closer to the older part of town which was easily walkable for adults but maybe a bit far for children when hot, but still plenty to do right next to the apartment.

Perfect Apartment

We have just spent a lovely week at this apartment. The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk from the marina, 2 beaches to walk to and a 30 minute walk to the old town and it's numerous restaurants. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need, and the terrace is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views of the marina and the sea. There is a pool surrounded by gardens. Adela and Arwen were perfect hosts and were there to help us out with any problems, not that we had many. Thank you

Excellent apartment

The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 adults. There are two en-suite bedrooms with comfortable beds downstairs, an extra toilet on the living room level, a well equipped kitchen and the balcony is fabulous! The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves most days. It’s a short walk from the beach and all the restaurants in the port. 5 star rating from us and we hope to return soon 😀
