This exclusive residence, of new construction, has a modern and elegant design. You will find a huge outdoor swimming pool with beach effect, surrounded by a large sunny area to top up your tan, as well as beautiful gardens. The apartment offers three pretty bedrooms, two bathrooms, and high quality finishes and furnishings throughout. Its fully open kitchen - dining room - living room area gives it a very contemporary feel, and has direct access to the first terrace, with its lounge area and convivial table, all with wonderful views over the bay of Estepona. Upstairs, you will find the master suite which offers an en-suite bathroom, a dressing room and a second private terrace with deckchairs to enjoy every ray of sunshine in complete privacy.

The luxurious port of Puerto Banus is only a few minutes away by car, as well as the old town of Marbella and its typical Spanish atmosphere

Het was top apartement om met twee koppels te verblijven door dat er 3 slaapkamers zijn . Je moet wel een auto hebben om overal te geraken. Het is was ook stralend weer dus ideaal om van de twee terrassen gebruik te maken
