I can understand an oversight but if I mention it at reception and they still ignore it there’s very little positive things you can say about customer service.

The room and food were very good, as were the staff, but everywhere was very cold. The swimming pool was stark, utilitarian and lacked any atmosphere. Walking around the hotel, I was reminded of a student's halls of residence. If you want a specific spa treatement, then it would be great, but if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy a swim, I wouldn't recommend it
