Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We got an email two days before we arrived saying everything was good to go. When we arrived we had to search around the dilapidated facilities to find someone. We were informed that the previous owner had kept up his listing and had not taken it down. It took two hours to get customer service to issue a refund and get another reservation 30 miles away.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This place is a scam. The entire glamping site was abandoned and trashed. The geodome we rented had a 3 foot hole in the roof with water everywhere. The bathroom fixtures were cracked and broken. When I try to contact the host all I get are AI generated responses. It was uninhabitable and we had to find another place to stay at 8:00pm with no cell service. I am out over 400 and will probably never get it back. There are great places to stay in the area. This is NOT one of them.
