STI Morocco - accommodation in Essaouira

My wife and I absolutely loved this riad/hotel!! The hospitality and service is remarkable. All of the workers are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner is delicious. Lastly, the ocean view from our hotel room was surreal and like a dream. We loved falling asleep to the ocean waves at night. The hotel has so much charm and is one of my all time favorite hotels and that’s coming from a world traveler who has been to a lot of hotels. My wife and I even went to the Atlas Mountains after our stay at the hotel and ended up immediately coming back to this hotel during the same trip since we missed it so much. I rarely write hotel reviews but this one certainly deserved it! We can’t wait to come back again soon.

Hôtel merveilleusement bien situé pour profiter de la mer et visiter à pied Essaouira. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, mais une mention toute spéciale à Ayoub Khaled pour la qualité de son service au restaurant, à notre femme de chambre, Fatima Zhra et un gros merci à Imane à la réception pour sa reconnaissance. The pictures on all the websites are from 2010 it has gone down hill a lot since then and could be fantastic. Do not take any notice of them. We actually went to see a room and the hotel the day before we booked so knew what we were getting.The food was really good and for £75 per night with a golf course view it was really good. We ate at lunchtime at the golf club, again great food, wine and beer. One pool is shut most things are shut or broken it looks really like a three star hotel. But again we played golf and had a great time.
