Whole property is accessible to the guests.
An easy reference manual will be located in the kitchen & a lock-box will allow you the ease of allowing yourself into the property.

Ideally located and within walking distance of the IGA Express, liquor store and some take-away shops.
There is also plenty of playgrounds around this area to keep your kids entertained if you don't want to go down to the beach.
