Otel personelleri güler yüzlü ve yadım severdi. Otel genel olarak güzel bir oteldi. Giriş ve çıkış saatlerinde esneklik sağlayıp yardımcı oldular. Hijyen genel olarak iyi olsa da sorunlu kısımlar vardı. Yastık kılıfımda lekeler vardı. Odamın balkonu kir içindeydi ve odanın baktığı otelin terası izmarit içerisindeydi, hiç bakılmamış ve temizlenmemişti. Ses yalıtımı olarak çok zayıf onu söyleyeyim. Otelin yakınında olan bir mekandan gece 4-5 e kadar türkü dinleyerek uyuduk. Ayrıca gece balkona çıktığımızda çok yoğun bir yemek kokusu geliyordu durulamayacak kadar. Temizliğe bir tık daha önem verirlerse fiyat-performans olarak güzel bir otel.

Oda temiz ve ferahti. Guleryuzlu calisanlar her konuda yardimci olmaya hazirdi. Kahvalti etmedigimiz icin yorum yapamayacagim ama fiyat-deger acisindan memnun kaldik. Otelin kendi otoparki yok, ancak yol uzerinde yer bulmak mumkun ve otelin cok yakininda ucretsiz halka acik otopark mevcut.

Otel temizdi , çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü fakat 3. Katta otelin etkinlik salonu var ve 3. Kattaki odalar orada etkinlik olduğunda çok etkileniyor . Saat 23.30a kadar müzik sesi hep odaya geldi daha sonra etkinliğin bitiminden sonra salonun tamamen boşalması 01.00'i buldu . Bu süre içinde yoğun sese maruz kaldık. En azında odaların olduğu bölüme bir kapı yapılabilir ses engellenebilir. Rezarvasyon yaptırırken bence o tarihte salonun kullanıp kullanılmadığını teyit edin. Yoksa yanınızda düğün sesine maruz kalabilirsiniz. Bu kadar temiz odaları ve ilgili çalışanları olan bir yerden memnun kalmayacağımı hiç düşünmezdim.

Hotels sisteminden kesinlikle rezervasyon yapmayın 3 yetişkin olarak seçtiğim ve 3 kişilik tuttuğum oda 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk olarak göründü ve ekstra kahvaltı ücreti 500 tl daha ödeme yapmak durumunda bırakıldım bu otelin suçu değil özellikle belirtmek istiyorum. Hotels.com um sorun çıkarmasından kaynaklı. Otel genel olarak temiz yeni bazı ufak tefek eksikler vardı ve sabah kalktığımızda sular kesikti. Bir daha kalır mıyım asla zaten bir daha Eskişehir’e de gelmeyi istemem.
