This new, modern and bright holiday apartment is located directly in the dike passage from the North Sea Garden Park, in the heart of Bensersiel, only 200 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. The 75m² apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. Particularly noteworthy is the 20 m² terrace in a sunny south-west location.

A nicer apartment you will hardly find:
full-surface underfloor heating, everywhere floor tiles (allergy-friendly), electric ALU shutters for darkening, high-quality soundproofing, 3 flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, handmade built-in furniture with LED backlighting, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Also for handicapped guests this apartment is ideally suited. With the corresponding underground parking space you reach the dike passage and your apartment with the elevator directly. The supermarket and bakery is located in the house on the ground floor and is accessible via an elevator. Shops and restaurants are right outside your door. To reach the port you only need to go through the ground level dyke passage.


The tastefully decorated non-smoking apartment has free Wi-Fi. The living area has a large, flatscreen flatscreen TV, a music system with Bluetooth and a TV chair with reclining position.
