Private living abounds on your hilltop with trails and ample parking and a South Escondido access to North County Mall and the I-15. Kit Carson park, high school and shopping all close.
Very large and open living space. Large en-suite master bedroom with king bed. Spacious 2nd bedroom has queen bed and direct door to the second bathroom shared with house through a additional door. 3rd bedroom makes for ideal office and large enough with queen bed and closet.
Tiled floor dining area for 8 and large remodeled kitchen with real granite countertops and travertine flooring.
Large laundry room with large sink, counter space and cabinets.
