Gute Lage. Objekt schon etwas älter als es im Inserat scheint. „Bad“ im KG ist WC Waschbecken Whirlpoolwanne - nicht als Dusche zu nutzen — Doof. Ansonsten alles i. O.. Ein paar kleine Mängel (Kaffeemaschine leckt etwas, Schlauch Duscharmatur ist nicht i. O.) wurden NOVASOL mitgeteilt und werden hoffentlich in Ordnung gebracht.
