Maison Erquy

Maison agréable mais pas très propre. Le ménage laisse à désirer, poussiéreuse, présence de moisissures un peu partout. Elle sent le renfermé, des travaux à prévoir comme le double vitrage, VMC. Nous avons noté une grosse fissure à l'intérieur dans la cuisine. Dommage car quartier très calme.
