Welcome to Villa Eos, a newly built luxury villa completed in 2026, designed for guests who want space, privacy, comfort and a refined Mediterranean atmosphere. Located just 70 metres from the waterfront, the villa enjoys beautiful sunrise views and an open outlook across the surrounding landscape and sea.

The property is ideal for families and groups, offering generous indoor and outdoor living areas, a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, contemporary interiors and easy access to some of the most popular destinations of the Argolis Riviera.

Villa Eos accommodates up to 14 guests, with the possibility of hosting 2 additional guests at extra cost.

The villa features 6 bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. The upper level is dedicated to the Master Bedroom, which enjoys direct access to a spacious terrace, beautiful sunrise views and a private outdoor Jacuzzi. The lower level includes four double bedrooms and one additional bedroom with bunk beds, making it a practical option for families travelling with children or younger guests.

At the heart of the villa is a bright and spacious living area with large glass openings that connect the interior with the pool terrace and outdoor spaces. The contemporary design is complemented by natural wood details, neutral tones and plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for comfortable everyday use and includes a large central island, modern appliances and a wine cooler. Guests can enjoy an indoor dining area for up to 12 people, while the outdoor dining area can accommodate up to 18 guests.

The outdoor spaces are one of the highlights of Villa Eos. The private swimming pool is surrounded by spacious terraces and lounge areas, creating an inviting setting for relaxing throughout the day. A shaded outdoor dining area, BBQ facilities and comfortable seating make the property ideal for long summer lunches, dinners and gatherings with family and friends.

A separate outdoor bathroom with shower is conveniently located close to the pool area.

Guests also have access to a shared tennis court, table tennis, a SONOS sound system, Smart TVs and private parking.

For those who enjoy spending time on the water, Villa Eos is located approximately 70 metres from the seafront and offers 2 SUP boards and 1 double canoe. The nearby waterfront is particularly suitable for paddleboarding and canoeing, although it is not recommended as a swimming beach.

The villa also features a charming decorative well with fish, adding a distinctive character to the outdoor setting.

For larger gatherings, private events may be hosted for up to 80 people, subject to prior approval and applicable event conditions.
