Stylishly furnished granny annexe holiday flat (55 m²) in a quiet location on the south-western outskirts of Erfurt. "Grete" is not far from the Margarethe Reichardt House (museum), where the famous Bauhaus artist lived and worked for many years. Nature begins right behind the front door and invites you to take long walks or cycle tours. The flat has a separate entrance and its own terrace. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/WC and hallway. The holiday flat is only designed for two people due to the combined living room/bedroom (with access to its own terrace). It is not possible to add an extra bed. Due to the layout and furnishings, an extra bed for babies or children is also not possible. A quiet hunting dog (Kleiner Münsterländer) lives on the property. We are a hunting and beekeeping household. The beehives are not on the property. Out of consideration for other holiday guests, pets are not allowed in the holiday flat! TV and WLAN are available, for electric vehicles there is the possibility of using a wallbox. Bicycles can be parked on the property, e-bikes can be charged and the holiday flat is approx. 5 minutes' walk from the nearest bus stop and approx. 15 minutes' walk from Erfurt-Bischleben railway station. The city centre of Erfurt can be reached by train in 5 minutes. A supermarket is available from Monday to Saturday in the district of Bischleben (15 minutes on foot) and offers all goods for daily needs.
